JOB DESCRIPTION The AP/Payroll Specialist provides administration and assistance with the processing of bi-weekly payroll, processing of A/P invoices, which includes procedures involved to properly enter and maintain vendor accounts.

Key Competencies:

  • Assist with training employees on navigating through the company's ADP payroll system.
  • Assist in the processing of payroll on a bi-weekly basis
  • Back-up and point person in the absence of the Payroll Administrator
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, quantities, freight and tax in the processing of inventory invoices.
  • Interface with purchasing, shipping and receiving, as well as management to obtain signatures and documentation for payment.

Do you possess these abilities?

  • Prior A/P experience preferred
  • Prior Payroll experience, ADP a plus
  • Must have experience of working with payroll systems
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required
  • Attention to detail is required


  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the payroll field is required
