JOB DESCRIPTION The Field HME Customer Development Representative is on the front line of Inogen sales in the USA.  Their goal is to develop domestic accounts and thereby meet or exceed Inogen's budgeted sales targets for the B2B (Business to Business) channel.

Key Competencies:

  • Medical device sales experience required
  • Working knowledge of reimbursement for the products Inogen sells required
  • Major account development and management experience with documented success required
  • Account analysis, planning and execution skills required
  • Excel, Power Point and Work proficiency desired

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Identify and exploit domestic sales opportunities from all possible B2B customers
  • Lead the effort to partner/subcontract with domestic HME suppliers
  • Lead the existing partnership agreements with pharmacy-based partners
  • Lead and manage relationships with non-traditional HME suppliers, such as Liberty Medical
  • Lead and manage the Veterans Administration business, showing system sales growth

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of successful medical device sales required
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
