JOB DESCRIPTION 

Provides support to sales floor with daily functions and selling skills. Fields questions and feedback from CDRs to improve training. Consults with leaders from other departments to improve alignment. Ensures floor proficiency in selling skills. Supports training efforts and content creation. Works to improve sales representative's knowledge with regards to product and sales tactics.

Key Competencies:

  • Assists Sales Training Manager in designing and delivering training for new hires and floor-wide
  • Shadows new hires post-training to ensure proficiency
  • Works with Sales Managers and Supervisors to identify training needs
  • Completes DCR process to get documents approved and released in a timely manner
  • Conducts round tables and surveys to gauge effectiveness of training
  • Promotes Inogen core values and business objectives

 

Do you possess these abilities?

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven track record of previous sales training and/or sales performance
  • Must be self-motivated and deliver results with minimal supervision
  • Must be able to inspire others to achieve results
  • Proficient with all technology systems
  • Familiarity with learning management systems a plus

Requirements:

  • BA in Business, Communications, Education, or related area is desirable
  • 1-3 sales training experience or relevant work experience desired
