JOB DESCRIPTION
The role of HR Generalist is vital to the success of the Human Resources team. This valued role will support all departments (nationwide) with quality hiring, onboarding, and training practices. In addition, this HR guru will drive process automation, system improvement, and departmental efficiencies. Flexibility is already their middle name and they are looking for a fast paced growth company that is progressive in thought and deed.

Key Competencies
• Considerable knowledge of human resources principles and practices
• Strong command of human resources administration
• Commitment to quality, efficiency, and electronic data tracking
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Possess a high degree of emotional intelligence and superior interpersonal skills
Requirements
• A bachelor's or master's degree and Two (2) years of Human Resources experience, OR
• Five (5) years of experience in the HR field, OR
• Any similar combination of education and experience
• Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification preferred
