JOB DESCRIPTION Provides support duties to the organization as needed. Distributes incoming mails and prepares outgoing mail for shipping using postage meter. Acts as a backup receptionist and provides administrative services to staffs by copying documents, getting office supplies and kitchen supplies. Performs general maintenance of the facility and office equipment.

Key Competencies

  • Monitor, respond to and distribute incoming communications
  • Answer and manage general incoming calls
  • Receive and interact with incoming visitors as needed
  • Interact with external clients, vendors, and professional service providers
  • Monitor and maintain supplies for lunchroom, office materials, and supplies
  • Review, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain printers/copiers
  • Maintain access badges and pin numbers
  • Order business cards and make nameplates for all eligible employees
  • Coordinate catering
  • Will be a member of the safety and event committees
  • Other special projects as requested

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy is required
  • Strong problem solving skills required
  • Professional and effective oral and written communication skills required
  • Ability to lift and move boxes (Up to 30lbs.) required
  • Dependable transportation required; to travel between Commerce and Collins facilities daily
  • Self-motivated and shows initiative required


  • Current & active Driver License with clean DMV record
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 0-2 years related experience
  • Some college (preferred)
