JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Sales Administrator participates in a variety of sales and marketing activities, ensuring departmental tasks are performed on time and on budget, while seeking to enable a cost effective growth in net sales.

Key Competencies:

  • Monitor, implement, and supervise an orderly and prompt workflow of sales and marketing related projects to improve sales efficiency.
  • Organize, manage, and expand DTP Resource Center as a key tool for sales reps
  • Work towards continuous sales process improvement-facilitate, organize, and analyze trials to improve net sales results and reduce the time period from the shipment to billable.
  • Assist with training of new sales reps, ongoing improvement training, and CRM training for all users.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required and candidate will be able to craft necessary documentation with minimal
  • Extensive knowledge of computers is required, including analysis in Excel. Experience with CRM systems a plus.
  • Must have proven track record of successful team participation as well as ability to work independently and self-start

Qualifications

  • BA in Business, English, Communications or related area desirable
  • Prior sales administrator experience preferred
