JOB DESCRIPTION The Training Manager conducts all Inside Sales new hire training classes for both Texas and California locations.  Creates and updates all training curriculum to reflect current sales process and product specifications.  The Training Manager will be responsible to conduct continuing education classes for all of the Inside Sales Departments.  The Training Manager will also be responsible to assist in hiring and maintaining sales rep headcount per Inogen planning.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all DTP new hire training classes for both Texas and California locations.
  • Ensures maximum effectiveness of sales force by developing and implementing training programs, including specific courses for new hires and seasoned sales reps.
  • Designs and delivers training sessions on company products, business practices, and other topics needed, including floor-wide training classes for all DTP sales reps on topics pertaining to sales performance, quality, DCR and SOP releases. 
  • Work in conjunction with Sales Managers to hire the best qualified applicants, including application screening and interviewing of candidates.
  • Ensure sales representatives are prepared to successfully transition from sales training to their respective role on the sales floor.


  • 3-5 years of inside sales experience is required.
  • Sales training experience is required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Medical background a plus.
