Customer Service Agent Key Competencies:

  • Handle inbound call volume and use proper soft skills to ensure a high level of customer service
  • Acts as an information source for customers related to products and services
  • Provide customer support for both and internal and external clients
  • Maintains product knowledge to keep up to date with changes regarding all products
  • Gather customer's information, verify key aspects and then determine the resolution
  • Accurately researches client issues using designated trouble ticket tracking software
  • Drive to meet or exceed daily performance metrics related to key performance indicators
  • Handle order management processing based on business need

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail are required
  • Ability to take initiative and follow through on multiple open tasks
  • Must have proven track record of successful team participation, as well as ability to work independently and self-start

Customer Service Agent Requirements:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities
  • 3+ years related customer service agent experience preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION The Customer Support Agent provides support and service to our patients that have purchased products directly from Inogen.  This position requires the highest level of customer service to internal/external customers and serves as the front-line contact for incoming phone calls and client requests.
