The Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for establishing project management policies and procedures, overseeing Inogen's project portfolio and managing enterprise level projects across all departments of the company

Key Competencies:

  • Establish and maintain best practice policies and procedures for project management
  • Oversee Inogen's project portfolio including active and upcoming projects to monitor resource availability and scheduling
  • Directly manage enterprise level projects inlcuding planning, execution and monitoring of schedule, budget, and resources.
  • Achieve project deliverables to scope within budget, timeline, and resource plans and constraints.

Do you possess these abilities?

  • Project Mangement best practices, preferably according to PMI processes
  • Agile project management methodology for use with appropriate projects
  • Fluent in MS Project, Excel and other MS Office applications
  • Expertise using Jira, Basecamp, and/or other suitable project management tools
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as excellent presentation skills with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to large groups
  • Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, and conflict resolution
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional resources
  • Experience with Lean and / or Six Sigma principles strongly desired


  • BA or BS degree in technical field or equivalent 4 yr education required
  • Minimum 4 years of project management or related experience
  • Preferred project management certification from PMI or equivalent
  • Prefered education and / or equivalent experience in technical subject matters including information technology, software development, manfuacturing, engineering, and business process development
