JOB DESCRIPTION The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a sales team comprised of inside sales professionals who will be selling to patients directly. The Sales Manager will be responsible for delivering sales results in accordance with Inogen's budget.

Key Competencies:

  • Responsible for sales performance of team and accountable to deliver sales per plan.
  • Establish a team culture of respect and achievement by leading by example.
  • Ensure sales are completed accurately and that all regulatory and other requirements are fulfilled
  • Work with VP, Marketing and other sales managers to run trials to generate sales expansion or to improve efficiency.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent analytical skills required
  • Sales experience with 65+ demographic a plus
  • Medical industry background desired, homecare experience a plus
  • Must be able to motivate and mentor a team

Qualifications/Requirements

  • BA in Business, English, Communications or related area desirable
  • 3-5 years Sales/Customer Service background or relevant work experience required
  • 3+ years management experience preferred
